3. Service Authorization & Payment
All payments are processed only after customer authorization via phone (MOTO – Mail Order/Telephone Order). By providing payment details over the phone, the customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
4. Pricing & Estimates
All prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on service requirements, location, and property conditions. Final pricing is confirmed during the phone consultation before payment is processed.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of service confirmation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on service status. Once a service has been scheduled or completed, refunds may not be guaranteed.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction and strongly encourage customers to contact us directly for any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed with supporting documentation, including call records and service confirmations.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
